Sleigh/ Wagon Rides Rules

Please arrive at the departure area on time. Allow two hours driving time from Albuquerque; one-and-a-half hours from Santa Fe. Make allowance for winter weather driving if necessary.
We do not offer refunds unless the preserve cancels an event. We cannot offer refunds if you change plans.
To protect wildlife, assistance dogs only are allowed on the preserve.
Take care to dispose of litter properly. Please “pack it in and pack it out.” We take pride in the trash-free appearance of the preserve.
The Preserve does not allow pets except for assistance dogs.
