Middle – High School Programs
The Valles Caldera National Preserves Science and Education Center is now offering several pilot programs for middle - high school students. Please take a look to see what is currently available or contact our staff to cater a program to meet your student’s needs.
Middle - High School Program
Teacher Trainings
The Valles Caldera National Preserves Science and Education Center offers four teacher trainings each summer. These courses are aligned with state standards and are designed to bridge the gap between field studies and the classroom. Courses are conducted in the field and in the laboratory at the Science and Education Center in Jemez Springs. Participants will receive a curriculum packet and can receive credit through UNM for an additional fee.
