Refund Policy
The Valles Caldera Trust has adopted a “No Refund”policy with three exceptions.
The three exceptions are as follows:
Mechanical Errors; If we or our Web site over-charges your account, we will refund the amount over-charged.
Cancellations; If we cancel an event, we reserve the option to reschedule the event or issue you a refund.
Damaged Goods; If the merchandise you ordered from us is damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect we reserve the option to replace the merchandise or issue you a refund.
We have adopted this policy to help reduce the number of staff members required to handle refunds and to conduct business in a cost effective manner.
